The first interview was a recorded interview with four questions, noted below, and it came from Stride HR. Within a few days, I was contacted by Stride HR to schedule a Zoom-style interview with representatives from the virtual academy I was interviewing with. The participants were a few minutes late, and the vibes were definitely off, confirming my suspicion based on employee reviews that this was not the best environment for me. The interview was overall cordial but it was also clear to me that (without hard feelings), we all probably wanted nothing to do with each other after the camera shut off. Within a couple days I received my (much expected) rejection notice. Overall, the process itself was pretty efficient, though my experience within the process was one of those "well there's an hour of my life I'll never get back" sort of deals.
