Fast and Organized. Really liked the people that I interviewed with. They all seemed very professional, friendly, and organized. Liked it a lot, the whole process. Happy how it turned out in the end.

Interview
Very good. The process seems designed to actually introduce you to the kind of workflows you'll be involved with working at Stripe. There was an OA on hackerrank, followed by a pair programming interview round, followed by a two hour final technical round consisting of two one-hour back-to-back sessions; the first was another pair programming setup, the second was an integration challenge where you had to work with an existing codebase.
