Stripe Technical Recruiter interview questions

Initial screen with recruiter (30-minutes) 45-minute conversations with 4 different interviewers Stripe has a very structured interview process and you are given a prep call prior to the interview which is helpful, however, the recruiters on the team did not seem organized at all. My recruiter was consistently late to every interaction I've had with them (initial screen, even during the interview process), and seemed disengaged and inauthentic throughout the entire process. Some of the interviewers were also disengaged and zoned out during the interview process, which made me feel uncomfortable. Not sure if it's because many of the folks on the current recruiting team are new as they are hiring rapidly, but I felt that the team itself did not have any cohesion and did not feel unified as a team. It's a shame because the company seems to be doing quite well and seems like it might be an awesome company to work for, but the recruiting team doesn't seem to have it together.
