Applied, took about 3 weeks to get any message from a recruiter. Had my first round which was a screening, then second round was two days after with the hiring manager. After that was the Gallup one week later. I heard back from the Gallup over a week later and moved onto the final round. The final round was a case study presented to a panel, you have two days to prepare for the case. Final round is usually only 2-3 candidates. Overall a pretty slow process, definitely not easy/you don’t know how to feel after the Gallup/case study because they are essentially very challenging or different from other interviews you’ve had. Everyone on the team is super willing to help you through the process if you reach out.
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
If there was a billboard about you, what would it say?
It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.

They asked me “if you were on a billboard what would it say?”
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.
