(1) Phone interview with external recruiter (1) Phone interview with internal talent acquisition (1) Gallup Phone Screen (1 hour) (1) Phone interview with manager (4) 30m video interview rounds (30m each) (1) Video interview with manager Took roughly 4 months from application to first offer.
Telephone screen, line manager interview, Gallup assessment, final interview - cumbersome, time consuming with poor HR response times. Standard interview questions but Gallup assessment is quite rigorous if not prepared

Find a way to scam the Gallup interview. It does not matter how good or bad of an employee you are, you have to pass the mysterious Gallup interview or you don’t have the “ability for success and engagement at Stryker”. Incredible feedback all the way up until the magical 3rd party interview. Nothing afterwards.
