Stryker interview questions

Began with a career fair to which it turned into an in person interview at our University. After the interview they conducted a behavioral assessment over the phone. Overall the process was long but shows they vet their candidates thoroughly.

Initial HR recruiter phone screen, 30 min Teams with Hiring Manager, 75 min with Gallup, then 6 person panel interview 30 minutes each on Teams. Far too long of an interview process. I was told I would have an answer after a few days but weeks passed and I never heard anything even after following up. Neither HR nor hiring manager responded to my email. Stryker's values are integrity and accountability but they do not live up to those values of "we do what we say". If they can't even live up to their values in the interview process, surely they don't in day to day work.
