Interview had three stages: a quick phone screening with HR, then another phone screening with two staff members in a relevant department, then an onsite interview which was three rounds with two people in each round. In each round, I did an "activity" which evaluated my abilities to do some pertinent part of the job requirements. This was helpful as an applicant because I got to see the kind of work I'd actually be doing in the role.
Overall I had a positive experience with Study.com. They always got back to me within three business days to let me know my progress. The interview tasks were fair and the employees I met seemed like genuinely good, kind people. Ultimately the job just wasn't a good fit for my skillsets but I thought they'd handled themselves very professionally throughout the whole process. Would recommend anyone apply.
