      Content Producer Interview

      Dec 6, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Mountain View, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Study.com (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2018

      Interview

Interview had three stages: a quick phone screening with HR, then another phone screening with two staff members in a relevant department, then an onsite interview which was three rounds with two people in each round. In each round, I did an "activity" which evaluated my abilities to do some pertinent part of the job requirements. This was helpful as an applicant because I got to see the kind of work I'd actually be doing in the role. Overall I had a positive experience with Study.com. They always got back to me within three business days to let me know my progress. The interview tasks were fair and the employees I met seemed like genuinely good, kind people. Ultimately the job just wasn't a good fit for my skillsets but I thought they'd handled themselves very professionally throughout the whole process. Would recommend anyone apply.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Relevant background experience; checked to see if I knew several Excel functions; Asked how I responded to 'repetitive tasks, such as managing large spreadsheets". They asked me my salary expectations very early on in the process.
