Similar to other reviews I applied online, was given a phone screen, then given numerous projects to do for them related to the subject matter. (Mind you, my doctorate dissertation is in this field.) After weeks of being ghosted, I received a generic "we aren't moving forward". It seems like the use applicant work for free content.
