Interview
overall interview process was smooth. I appeared for a coding interview. The question was confusing, I asked and clarified multiple times what the expectation is, Interviewer never clarified, and what ever I assumed it it was not what the program should do. My algorithm and logic was clear, it was just the clarification could have made me deliver it perfectly. We all work in the industry and we know how important it is to clarify things, we call know how things can go wrong when there is a communication gap, and we all clarify things with all the stake holders. My suggestion is for the interviewer, please explain correctly and clarify all the questions, because the candidate is the one who need to understand properly to make it correct. And make the candidate feel that its a team work where all in the interview room has to resolve the issue.
