Study.com No Follow-Ups interview questions

Went through an interview process here and had to follow-up one month later because I never heard back. They said they are delaying hiring for the position by a month. Never heard from them again and never knew if they are still hiring. They should improve their talent acquisition processes and communications. It's a bad look and the role also paid really low for this area.
