Interview
It is a scam company. I have a PhD in literature and saw all of the jobs they offered for contract Q&A at roughly $4 a question for compensation. They asked me very specific and detailed questions during the application and interview process. They took my answers without paying me and used them in their system and said they no longer needed me. They get such a volume of applications that's how they run their business to avoid paying anyone. "As part of the interview, we need you to answer these three questions......oh now that you have done that, we decided we don't need you anymore and you can no longer move forward in the hiring process" My PhD focuses on how Renaissance drama shaped the Gothic movement, and all the questions asked were related to my area. See below under cons for more explanation on this scam. I can't believe they didn't think people would catch on?!?!? They are asking very smart people to answer very difficult questions during the hiring process. We know what you are doing. And then posting fake reviews on here about how great it is to work from home. The "work from home" buzz drives more applicants to their website to provide free knowledge that they sell. I'm ready for a class action suit if a lawyer wants to contact me.
During the interview, I had a very specific question about Horace Walpole's Castle of Otranto (in my area of PhD specializations). The question involved how Ben Johnson's works influenced his writing, nothing that an undergrad student would have known. They used my answer to provide to students and did not compensate me. Then, they move on to the next applicant and steal their knowledge and tell them there is no position available for full-time Q&A. Then repeat the cycle again with another applicant. They are stealing intellectual knowledge from applicants to avoid compensating them and sell the knowledge to students for a full profit. They need to be reported immediately.

I have never seen a scam like this. Truly, it's a modern one. They should be subject to civil litigation. I'd like to be contacted by a lawyer and go in with other applicants. Look at how MANY job postings they offer at one time in EVERY possible discipline. They keep advertising these jobs and getting applicants to provide them with free answers that they sell for a profit.
