Study.com Senior Recruiter interview questions

The company may wish to invest in recruiters that actually care about their job. The recruiter showed up over 15 minutes late to the interview. Then proceeded to tell me how she's studying for the bar to become a lawyer for the next 5 minutes, leaving us under 10 minutes to actually talk. She told me about the company and asked me one question. Then told me she would be putting me through to the next round and that either herself or the recruiting coordinator, April, would be reaching out to me the following day to set up the next round. She then proceeded to ghost me for a week only to send a rejection email stating that after reviewing my resume they decided not to move forward. How does any of this even make sense?
