I was given some supposed intelligence test then ushered to a room where the team was assembled. It was next to the cafeteria and smelled like their nauseating bread. The team seemed to have their minds made up when they looked at me. They spent the whole time bragging about their teaching credentials. I didn’t get, nor did I want, the job.

I had to take 2 short tests (math/verbal and personality) and spoke briefly with the HR person. Then I met with the team I would be working with.The team did not have copies of my resume in advance; they might have asked me more pointed questions had they been able to review it. I was impressed with the efficiency of the company. The people were pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there.
