Interview was easy. Only lasted about 10 minutes. Asked the basic questions, and found out I got the job about a day later! Very easy in my opinion. Liked the manager as well.
Easy and nice to talk too. General convention about previous experience and understanding of the role. Nice and friendly to talk too and ask questions. Took around half an hour and very informal

Hiring and store manager was understanding about my situations and saw value in my experience. And also was willing to train me up to be a team leader within one year.

Tell me about how you deal with high pressured situations
Not that many long and simple questions, and really nice staff doing the interviews. I only really talked through what I would be doing as a team leader, and I got the job really quickly.
