I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
The phone interview was very thorough, although it was mostly canned questions off a script so there wasn't specific follow-up questions or a natural back and forth. However, the recruiter was really nice and gave me lots of information on the specific role. Following the phone interview, they e-mailed me a task to complete as the second step in the process. However, about an hour after sending it, someone called and said not to complete it as they were moving ahead with someone else. That bit seemed odd -- why send it in the first place. Throughout the process, i spoke/emailed with four different people so I thought maybe it was a lack of communication but I'm not sure.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools in Mar 2017
Interview
Good set-up. Professional coordination of interviews, professional (and pretty) office. There were two onsite interviews. The interviews seemed structured and less conversational than other interviews. I was asked about my education, recent experience, skills, and potential weaknesses. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
