Interview
First I had a phone interview, with HR and engineering manager, where questions about my education and experience were asked. After a while I was invited for a second interview, this time in person at the company HQ. Over there I met few other people I could have potentially work with. They described the company profile and challenges they face at work. On my side I had to answer pretty standard interview questions. Overall the interview process went smoothly and professionally. At the end of the interview the HR person informed me that I shall receive a 'yes' or 'no' answer within a week as they have supposedly narrowed their search to the three final candidates, including me. However, after not having received any answer within the promised time frame I mailed the HR person inquiring about their decision. I received an automated message stating that the HR person is on holiday and is not going to reply to any emails for the next two weeks. The reply never came.
Standard hiring process via two consecutive physical interviews, first with the line manager, second with the department manager. My profile matched to more than 80% so the deal was perfect and I knew I would be hired
