I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Summit Therapeutics (Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
The discussions with the team and recruiter went well. I will say, it felt like I was lead on pretty hard to ultimately not get the job.
What left a bad taste in my mouth afterwards was that there was zero communication from the recruiter and team after the final interview. I was never notified by anyone of my rejection, despite sending a couple of follow-ups.
6 individual interviews when I was hired 2 years ago, but now honed down to 4. Fairly straight forward process and conversation like with the existing team. No set questions, just learning about the candidate and making sure they are a good fit
I applied online. I interviewed at Summit Therapeutics (London, England)
Interview
Initial interview with talent acquisition, seemed positive but then there was a huge delay getting to the second stage, I had to chase twice. Then had the second stage with I assume the hiring manager who couldn’t really tell me anything about the company or the role seeming utterly jaded. I tried to chase again for the next stage but was ghosted. That was 5 weeks ago and they haven’t had the courtesy to even send a generic scripted email
