Sun Life Disability Case Manager interview questions

3 sets of interviews with a French and English test. It was lengthy but considering the type of work it makes sense. Thankfully they were willing to have interviews and tests the same day.

The interview process is time consumming. It started with an in person grammar test which is in my opinion pointless. After that I got the phone interview it was super smooth. Felt like a normal.conversation. when we finished the interview she said that she would give a favorable reference to the disability team and said that they would call in the afternoon. Never got the call. Called them after 2 days to ask what was up and HR said they would ask whats up to the disability team. Never heard about Sun Life again.
