Applied online, got an email from a rep inviting me to a call with recruiter. Had the recruiter call which went ok (in my opinion, though maybe not in hers). The recruiter was based out of Waterloo although the job was for Winnipeg. I thought that the overall process might be more extensive but she said they were looking to hire ASAP. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager in my city. Salary range was 43k to 70k, depending on experience.

There were 3 people involved. The Director, Service Manager and a Senior Service Rep. the interesting part was allowing me to chat with the Service Rep privately to learn about the job and to feel free to ask about her experience
