The hiring process was very fast and smooth. There are 2 rounds of interviews. Each round includes two 30 minutes interviews with 2 different actuaries. They are so nice, supportive, and they always want to listen my stories, experiences, and what I have been going through that shapes who I am right now. Recruiter contacted so fast after interviews. For me, they contacted me after 2 days for the first round and 1 day after the final round. They are very nice.

Interview
Both of the interviewers can be really kind and helpful, when I was stuck they would give me courage to continue. What is more, the site on Waterloo was really fantastic, the building was nice.

you submit you resume and cover letter online and are then contacted for a video interview. There’s only one interview round, after which they get back to you in about 2 weeks with an offer!

Define an annuity to me like I have no technical knowledge.
HR reached out to schedule actuarial manager interview. Originally there was only one manager, then two more were added. 1 round video interview, mostly technical questions. More or less easy going, despite not having much background in insurance, I found it manageable and they would ask questions tailored to your CV and experience.
