Interview
Lengthy, miscommunicated, and even sketchy in a sense.
First round of HR interview (virtual due to pandemic).
Second round (after an initial ghosting / no feedback) with hiring managers: 90 min Business Case and standard questions.

Question 1
Standard:
- Strengths/ Traits
- Reasons I am right for the job.
- Talk through CV / Gaps in between jobs.
Business Case (90min):
- With a very practical, almost real life (err.. not sketchy) case asking questions in two stages. Stage 1: about a certain initial observations made by an individual about an issue within the company.
Stage 2: with some insights from a survey and how would I report , connect these data back to original observations.
