I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SunTrust in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied for several interviews, but did not get a call back until I applied for a Teller Coordinator position and was told I needed more managerial experience. The recruiter did say she had another position that she felt more closely suit my experience. I had a brief phone interivew w/ her and then she set me up for the next week with the branch nanager. I then met w/ her and we had a typical bank/customer service interview (STAR format). She told me I would hear back from the recruiter if selected, and I did the same afternoon.
I was given a choice of my hire date and naturally I picked the soonest one. I was also told I would go in making $30,000, but I guess the branch manager wanted more of a bonus than she would've gotten had they followed-through with that promise because I ended up getting $28,000.
