Interview
Standard interview, started with a brief phone interview. Basic questions. Strengths weaknesses, why suntrust, why banking. Then in person interview at the branch, basically the exact same thing, they may bring in another employee to watch with the manager. Where do you want to be in 5 years, weaknesses strengths, very easy very standard questions. Very smooth interview process.

Interview
General questions regarding sales experience and handling of difficult situations with clients. Interviewed with Branch Manager and Teller Coordinator. Total interview time was close to 1 hour. Overall, the interview process was smooth and the Recruiter kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.

Completed an interview over the phone that lasted roughly 30 minutes. Lots of situational questions. They wanted specific instances, not general answers. The recruiter does the interview, not anyone directly at the branch.
