First I had am approximately 10 minute screening phone interview asking mostly about my previous experience. I was then presented to the company Sunbelt was hiring for and offered a phone interview directly with the company.
Good with thorough questions but not high pressure. Recruiter was easy to talk with. Position was explained well. Pay was also clearly explained. Work locations and options for other locations were all discussed.
