It was smooth and easy process. The only thing I disliked is in the interview I did not gain a good understanding of the job I was being asked to perform if I were to get the job.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sunbelt Staffing (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of three different interviews. One over the phone, then two in the office. You need to come up with 5 interview questions for all interviews for consideration. After meeting with the leadership team they tell you they will reach out with the onboarding process. They ghosted me for two weeks after I resigned from my current position, only for someone to finally reply and mention they decided to move forward with other candidates. If they are willing to do something shady like this then they would most likely do something worse upon hire.
