Sunbelt Staffing interview questions

Great company and easy to interview. My recruiter is extremely helpful in assisting me find a job. They also helped to prepare me for my interview. Glad to be working with them.

Initial phone call and an in person interview. They ask you about past mistakes and what you would do different about past jobs. I figured it was fair to ask about the retention (50%) and what they would do differently (nothing, 10/10 they said no room for improvement). Very nice staff though just seems like a corporate monster machine.
