HireVue interview with behavioural interview questions. Took about 45-1 hour to complete. 5 video question and about 3-5 written question about basic computer skills and why you choose the field you're in? Nothing technical, heard back a week later with a criminal background check. That was followed the next day with a phone offer. I had initially applied a month before I got the email to do the video interview.

Why Suncor, tell us about time management and a time when it was tough to finish a task on time, a time when you had to deal with a situation/fight/argument, what does safety mean to you..
Completed a pre-screening interview on Hirevue for this position. It was really relaxed. They give you enough time between questions and 2 attempts at answering video questions. Overall, you could really focus on making sure you were giving quality answers.

First round is a one-way video interview with general questions about you, why you're interested, etc. Second round is usually with the hiring manager + specific to the role and your engineering program.
