There were a series of interviews, starting with the district manager. The district manager asked me about my current position and offered insight on my potential job as well as disclosed information about her managerial experience. After passing the interview with her, there was an in person interview with the store manager and district manager. I was asked a lot of repetitive questions to ensure I knew what I was talking about. A couple days later I was offered the job via a phone call.
It was easy because I was already working as a sales associate. Hiring process is very fast and easy, get done with all paper work in a couple of days.

Interview
i submitted a resume, then was called the next day to formally apply online. i did that, a week later i received a call from the store manager for an interview the following week, a week later, he called and said i made it through to the district manager interviews, then a week later i had an "audition" which lasted for an hour where i stood in the store, attempted to sell on the sales floor and even learned so training and product knowledge.
I was not offered the position. The interview process was incredibly lengthy and after each interview you're led to believe your one step closer to getting the position. I wasted a month of my life interviewing for this position.
