It's simple, I had 2 interviews with the regional manager and the regional trainer. Both were dressed well and professional. A document was used for the interview that had questions, suggested good answers, and a scoring system. You have to do a drug test as well as a background check to make sure you are clear. Again it's a simple process and takes about two to three weeks to get started with the training process.
