Interview
There was a group activity where we had to share information about another at the table, then had ten minute prep to do a 2 minute pitch for a brand of sunglasses. The pitch had to be aimed at a target market and be specific to the values of the brand we were selling.
After this there was a 1 on 1 interview which lasted ~10 minutes.

Very nice, very chill, if you vibe well, is energetic and bubbly the manager would love you. Must be enthusiastic. Manager was a bit strict, however if you honestly vibe with her you will get the job. Be proactive and bring your resume too.
Very quick about 10 minute individual interview, basic customer service questions and personal questions e.g. How would you handle a difficult customer? Tell me a bit about yourself? What's your favourite brand?

Interview
roughly 15 minute interview with store manager. It was very relaxed and laid back. Got asked basic questions on my availability etc, asked why I wanted to work there, what customer service means to me, how to handle a difficult client, what are my hobbies.
