To be hired you need to fill out an application. There should be two interviews the first one by the store manager of the store you are applying at. The second will be with the Regional manager either over the phone, or in person. They are looking for people with ENERGY, and who can carry a conversation. Usually you will be asked to greet a customer in one of the interviews. Don't be shy.
