Fairly standard interview. Looking for people with personality and comfortability with talking to strangers. Sat with the manager in the mall and just discussed the position. No real expectation to know a whole lot about sunglasses, but is a plus. Asks questions about ability to sell, pitch, etc.

The interview process was very smooth. I got called for my first interview and it was quick and just an overall of what exactly they were looking for and the responsibility that comes with it. Three days later, I did my second interview and we went more into depth about me, the requirements, the job environment, the salary and dress code.

Interview
The interview process was relaxed, lenient and very straight forward. I first interviewed with the Talent Director, then a week later I interviewed with the Store Manager. They emphasized more on providing customers a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Almost Apple-like where the sales associates aren’t pushing products towards you. Instead are there to help facilitate the process of choosing and buying the right product.
