Very brief and ask generic questions about your character/personality. You meet with the store manager and they take you into the back to sit down for roughly 20 minutes to talk about your past work experience and how well you can interact with people.

I applied online. After I submit my resume and some personal information I received a link that was asked to complete a 20mins online assessment. It contained roughly 60 questions(unsure), you have to rate the most relevant description with your behaviour. After you completed, I got the email said sorry for further process.
