Please dress like you are hanging out in West Hollywood for men: black and white blazers, tie, slacks, nice dress shoes and women: heels!!! lip stick, make up on point! black or white dress! or nice blazer and slacks! Smile!! Laugh! You are selling your personality not your work ethic or experience! I promise you its more like a first date than job interview. You will be working in a store by yourself for hours, who cares if you worked in retail for 10+ years! Oh yeah and you will do a sales floor audition at some point. Meaning you will have to interact with customers on your own. Please be ready to do so! You will thank me later!

You go in for an in store interview with the store manager, and mine was a friendly interview. It was more like nice conversation. You hear back in a week or two from that manager to see if he/she would like to hire you, and then you set up an interview with the district manager. The interview with the district manager has similar behavioral/situation questions.
