SurveyMonkey Customer Success Manager interview questions

The interview process was very straight forward. First interview over the phone with HR Manager, Second interview with hiring Manager over the phone. Third interview with Director of Customer Success over the phone. Fourth interview with VP Sales over the phone. Fifth and last interview with hiring Manager face to face.

Phone Screening with basic questions and phone interview with Sales VP. Expected questions like why you want work here, tell me about your experience etc for both interviews. After one week of my second interview I wrote a message to the recruiter to follow up on the process and received an immediately response saying that he was going to check with the hiring manager and would get back to me by the end of the day. I never received a response from the recruiter.
