Sutherland Bpo Non Voice Process interview questions

this was basically a simple process. First was the online interview wherein we were given a topic , we had to introduce ourselves and speak on this for about 2 minutes. Next another topic was given and we had to write on this through which writing skills were tested.

The HR and her interviews are useless and nonsensical. They conduct interviews merely for formality and as a time pass. The interviews proceed very slowly, and HR rejects people for no apparent reason. Additionally, if you mention that you are from another district, you will be rejected immediately. Don't waste your time and energy interviewing with this worthless company. It's a very, very, very poor company and the interview process is terrible. Firstly, the final round manager should be fired; she's useless.
