Initial interview from someone in HR was straightforward and casual, a second call with the hiring manager was likewise, with more focus on skills and procedural knowledge. Both interviews were done over the phone. Initial contact after applying, to schedule the first interview and then the following interview was all done in a timely manner, within just a few days.
