I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Suvoda (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Jun 2022
Interview
First I had a phone interview with someone from HR, with some situational questions. After that I got a test, non-sense questions which had nothing to do with how smart you are or not ...
And lastly, the interview with 3 people from the management, but not from the team you would be working with, just some random team leads they found available to talk to you and ask you looooots of behavioural questions, making faces when they don't really like your example.
An advice: stop sending bored people to interview potential employees, it's very rude for them to laugh or making faces. Not to say that they want to know your grades from college and to start explaining your life since kindergarten. You can't ask that to someone who has over 10 years work experience, it's more suitable for people who didn't have a job in their life .
Conclusion: waste of time for nothing.
