Interview
3 interviews; with HR, manager, and panel. competitive, but it was a straight forward process. be able to talk about experiences and show your personality- engaged, motivated, and desire to learn are all important over knowing specific RN tasks. ask questions at the end!

AI interview via chat, basically just asking for basic qualifications and availability. Then a virtual panel interview, probably about 30-45 minutes. Included some behavioral questions and a long case study that they gave you a few minutes to read and then they asked you several questions about.
Interviewed for New Grad RN Residency program in Oct 2024. Got an email from a recruiter to self-schedule a virtual interview and panel with nurse managers of different units. Asked basic interview (Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? Why Swedish?) and behavioral questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA)
Interview
First you must pass their AI chatbot self-paced application portal. It has been quite difficult to get to an actual human being to talk about job postings, and when you do reach the recruiter, they redirect you to the job portal, which again, you have to pass their chatbot to move forward. Even with the appropriate job skills, it is difficult to get to the interview stage.

Question 1
They asked me about my experience and then dismissed my application, and did not answer any questions about how to better understand the job postings.
