      RN Staff Nurse Interview

      Sep 26, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Palo Alto, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swedish (Palo Alto, CA) in Sep 2016

      Interview

The 1:1 telephone interview I had with Swedish Medical 3 weeks ago was comprehensive and very telling of how the company I am applying for is indeed one of the best hospitals in Northern America. The company sets high standards in hiring competitive and exceptional nurses thats why the 40 minutes interview turned out to be satisfactory. I didn't get the job I wanted, but because of the experience, it made me brush up on my interview skills and communication which will prepare me for the next interview. (thumbs up!)
