I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was interviewing for a per diet RN position while I was near the end of my travel assignment at an inpatient unit at Swedish. The nurse manager the referred me to the manager at the outpatient clinic, who then interviewed me with another nurse manager at the same time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swedish (Palo Alto, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
The 1:1 telephone interview I had with Swedish Medical 3 weeks ago was comprehensive and very telling of how the company I am applying for is indeed one of the best hospitals in Northern America. The company sets high standards in hiring competitive and exceptional nurses thats why the 40 minutes interview turned out to be satisfactory. I didn't get the job I wanted, but because of the experience, it made me brush up on my interview skills and communication which will prepare me for the next interview. (thumbs up!)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swedish (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I filled out an online application. I was able to use a friends name as an employee referral. I was then contacted by the nurse manager for a phone interview. Within the week she called back to schedule an inperson interview and tour of the unit. I took another job before the inperson interview took place.
