Applied online with cover letter and resume attached. I got a phone call from the recruiter for a phone interview and that went well and I was called in for an in person interview with hiring manager and charge nurse. They asked me critical thinking questions as well as basic medical questions.

AI interview via chat, basically just asking for basic qualifications and availability. Then a virtual panel interview, probably about 30-45 minutes. Included some behavioral questions and a long case study that they gave you a few minutes to read and then they asked you several questions about.

First you must pass their AI chatbot self-paced application portal. It has been quite difficult to get to an actual human being to talk about job postings, and when you do reach the recruiter, they redirect you to the job portal, which again, you have to pass their chatbot to move forward. Even with the appropriate job skills, it is difficult to get to the interview stage.
