I applied online. I interviewed at Swedish in May 2020
Interview
Initially, you have an interview with HR over the phone. Swedish has their HR outsourced and therefore it was someone reading scripted over the phone. No matter what I said, I felt as if the response was scripted. It was frustrating for me at times.
My second interview was with my director/manager for my position and that was done by video via Microsoft Teams. This interview went fine with no issues with video or sound.

Question 1
Tell me of a time you had conflict with someone at work. How did you handle it?
AI interview via chat, basically just asking for basic qualifications and availability. Then a virtual panel interview, probably about 30-45 minutes. Included some behavioral questions and a long case study that they gave you a few minutes to read and then they asked you several questions about.
Interviewed for New Grad RN Residency program in Oct 2024. Got an email from a recruiter to self-schedule a virtual interview and panel with nurse managers of different units. Asked basic interview (Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? Why Swedish?) and behavioral questions.

Interview
First you must pass their AI chatbot self-paced application portal. It has been quite difficult to get to an actual human being to talk about job postings, and when you do reach the recruiter, they redirect you to the job portal, which again, you have to pass their chatbot to move forward. Even with the appropriate job skills, it is difficult to get to the interview stage.

Question 1
They asked me about my experience and then dismissed my application, and did not answer any questions about how to better understand the job postings.
