I had a phone call with the HR recruiter, who was extremely personable and made the conversation easy and natural. She clearly outlined the next steps. Following that, I met with the position manager, who conducted a very engaging interview. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation, allowing me to understand her expectations and express myself genuinely.
Both the manager and the HR recruiter were clear about the next steps and responsive regarding dates and times. Later, I had an onsite interview with the department director, for which the HR recruiter provided clear instructions and expectations. This interview was the most formal, focusing on how I would handle conflicts, set goals, and manage working processes.
Afterward, the hiring manager reached out with a few additional questions, and I received an offer within the week. The entire process took about 3 to 4 weeks.
Overall, I was very impressed with the communication and expectations set by the HR recruiter.
