The interview consisted of experienced-based questions by both a panel and one-on-one interview format. Interviewers were the hiring manager, peers, one over one manager and human resources. Interviews were done by recruiter first, then phone, then on-site.
The interview process was divided into 2 rounds. There was no tech round .
In the first round it more of a discussion about real life risk and second round was hr.
