First interview was via phone, then there was an interview on site where they asked your basic questions, and gave you hypothetical situations. There were 2 people conducting the interview.
After completing the application and playing their games to test memory and attention, I was able to schedule the 20-30 minute phone interview. She was extremely monotone and it felt as if I was talking to a robot. It was clear shes read this script several times. Described the position, easy yes or no questions, and then maybe around 5 open ended questions. It feels their standards are super high.
