Synchrony Marketing interview questions

First there were two phone interviews with HR. They seemed nice and I thought those interviews went well. The third phone interview was with the hiring manager. That interview was one of the oddest interviews I have ever had. I never heard anything back after that, but it was somewhat of a relief not to get the job.
