Syndigo Photographer interview questions

I realize this position is for a very limited amount of people but I wanted to share my experience from a general perspective. Disclaimer, I haven't been hired, but I did just complete my first interview. My first impression with this company has been great in terms of professionalism, organization, and communication. They reached out to me via email a few days after sending in my application and asked me to set up a time for an interview through their online scheduler. It was easy and straightforward because I just picked a time and date from their availability list that worked best for me . This was a 30 minute phone interview and I was called the exact time I was scheduled. Also in the email were a few links to "allow you to learn more about Syndigo." I thought it was a nice touch to offer those resources because I see it as them wanting to support you to succeed. This gives me the impression they value working together as a team which I wouldn't necessarily expect from a global company. The interviewer was very personable, positive, and upbeat. I was asked the normal questions and she even skipped a few since they were apparently already answered in my resume and cover letter. Because of that our chat was cut short by about 10 minutes so that was really nice. I wasn't grilled and felt like I could relax and even be a little open-ended in my responses. She was transparent and thorough about the position and was patient when I took the time to think about any questions I might have. Today is a Friday and she said she should be able to reach out to me this Monday to let me know if I'll be moving forward to the 2nd interview as an hour long online video chat with my prospective supervisors. Overall, I'm very pleased with the process and wouldn't change a thing! Hope everyone else's experiences go as smoothly as mine. 10/10
