Met with owner and 2nd in command at a restaurant. They laid out the opportunity and that consensus was that I was the right person for the job, then asked that I think about it. Letter offer came in 3 days. Negotiations were tough, owner was not one who budged much. In the end it one of the fastest, most streamlined interview processes I've ever gone through
