Synechron Big Data Engineer interview questions

The whole interview process is a huge joke. This was a SIX stage interview process with a lot of wasted time. Stages 1. initial zoom screening with asking various technical questions from Hadoop ecosystem. 2. Java coding test on Codility 3. Second Java coding test on Codility ( Synechron told the recruiter that they would like to select the best candidate, and from 130 candidates they selected only 4 of us) at this point when they gave me the second test to do I start to wonder is this really worth doing it, because if they wish to see if I'm capable of solving harder problems they could give hard test in stage 2 instead of wasting my time. 4. stage was again technical zoom call where they ask me similar questions like from the first stage 5. stage again the same as 4th stage where I had over 40% exactly same questions from stage 1 and stage 4 6. stage was with Synechron's client, that interview could be a bit better from my side, but i was pretty much tired and lost an interest to work for them. Overall i wasted more than 15 hours during those 6 stages in 5 weeks. They came back with an offer that is lower from what I asked for.
